Meet Jamie
As I began documenting others’ stories, I was forced to start reflecting on my own. I was reminded of the power of healing through creativity, while at the same time, recognizing that all stories are rooted in love and connection. The truth is - we are never alone.
These experiences have created a deep understanding of the complex nature of humanity and how to create art that gives people a chance to have their story told and their voice heard. Therefore, I decided to fully merge these two areas within my therapeutic practice.
I am a Registered Social Worker, who also completed Expressive Art Therapy Certification. In addition, I am trained in PhotoTherapy Techniques.
Lifecycles encompass everything that makes us human.
